Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Donmah Cleaning LLP. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are designed in accordance with applicable UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Services
Donmah Cleaning LLP provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website or through direct agreement. All services will be delivered with reasonable care and skill.
Bookings and Access
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email.
- The customer must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
- Missed appointments due to access issues may incur a fee. Such fee would be stated on contract.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are agreed at the time of booking.
- Payment is due prior to completion unless otherwise agreed contractually.
- Late payments will incur interest charges in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.
- Donmah Cleaning LLP reserves the right to reschedule services due to staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Donmah Cleaning will make sure ample time is given to the client if this situation were to occur.
Liability
- We are insured for public liability.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. However when spotted it will be reported to Donmah management.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the space is safe and accessible.
- Notify us of any hazards, sensitive materials, or special instructions.
- Pets should be secured during cleaning appointments.
Complaints and Refunds
- Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of the service.
- Refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy.
- We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.
Changes to Terms
Donmah Cleaning LLP reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and sent over by email to all current/future bookings and contracts.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
